01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and phix9 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the phix9 website, mobile application, and all services offered through them.

• Do not share your username, password, or OTP with anyone.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your account.

phix9 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials with another person or failing to secure your login information. Any bets placed while your account is logged in are considered your bets, regardless of who placed them.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on phix9 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine online banking, bank transfers, GCash, Maya, and other local e-wallet channels as made available from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your PHP wallet after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. phix9 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, and always to accounts registered in your verified name. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). phix9 reserves the right to request identity documents before releasing funds.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits stated in your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Funds in your PHP wallet that are the result of a system error or credit made in error must be reported and returned. Knowingly wagering with erroneously credited funds is prohibited.

05 Bets, Games, and Results

All bets placed on phix9 — whether on slot games, live casino tables, sports events, or eBingo — are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.

Game outcomes on phix9 are determined by the game providers' certified systems. For live casino, outcomes are determined by the physical result of the live dealer's actions — card deals, wheel spins, dice rolls — as captured in the live video feed. phix9 does not manipulate game outcomes.

For sports betting, all results are settled based on the official result of the event. In cases where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, phix9 will apply the applicable settlement rules as displayed in the platform's sports betting section at the time the bet was placed.

In the event of a technical failure or system error that affects game integrity, phix9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets. Winnings from a confirmed technical error may also be voided.
